I've worked hard at Coldwell Banker to earn the reputation as an expert in the marketing of upper-end properties. My "something more" approach begins with an appreciation for the uniqueness of the home and an awareness of the owner's specific needs and concerns.
Working with home sellers, I design a marketing program that will reach the maximum number of potential buyers. To supplement the selling tools of the multiple listing system, I personally promote the listing to our firm's affluent customers, to corporate transferees, and to other brokers.
